 Come in and see us here at Yin Yang Pilates and Yoga in Lake Zurich, Illinois. People come to us from Lake Zurich, Barrington, Wauconda, Island Lake, Spring Grove, Libertyville, Richmond, and surrounding areas. We specialize in both one-on-one training and small group classes. 

We pride ourselves on our strong sense of community. We all work together here and whether you want to, improve your fitness, recover from an injury, improve your flexibility, or strengthen your muscles, our trainers will help you achieve your goals. 

All of our equipment based classes are in studio but we do offer both in-studio and virtual online yoga and online Pilates mat classes.

Foundations of Pilates is offered once a month. Learn the fundamentals so you can safely take group Pilates reformer classes at Yin Yang!

Strong Foundations: Men's Equipment Based Pilates

This will be a comfortable introduction to the Pilates system, specifically for men who are curious but may be intimidated by regular classes. Under the Tuscan Sun - Italy 2027

Imagine waking up on a sun-washed hilltop in Tuscany, practicing morning yoga, then lingering over breakfast before wandering medieval villages, vineyards, and quiet country roads. Our Yin Yang Retreat to Italy returns June 12 – 19, 2027. We are headed to Agriturismo Percenna – an intimate farmhouse near Montalcino where meals are slow, views are endless, and guests are welcomed like family. Days unfold with yoga and/or Pilates, wine lunches, cooking together, long afternoons by the pool, and evenings around the table under the Tuscan sky.

Please pre-register for all of our classes.

We would love to welcome you into our studio for an Exploratory Session. You will meet with a trainer who will discuss your goals, any injuries or conditions you have, give you a postural analysis and a mini work out. After your session, our trainer will recommend a program of classes or private sessions that will work best for you!
