Yoga Instructor
Camille has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University. She is certified through Global Yoga Wellness Center's 200-hour program in Chicago to teach Hatha Yoga. Specialized training has been received by Camille in the areas of prenatal yoga and yoga for children. Camille is a marathoner and dog enthusiast: in her time away from her desk or yoga mat, she can be found running outside with her dog, Lilah.
To break away from the habitual grind of a full-time career in social services, Cami turned to Yoga. The grace, strength, patience, flexibility, peace, confidence and dedication she has learned on her mat have miraculously manifested in her life off the mat; her work, relationships, decision-making, problem solving skills, and overall mental health and emotional stability have improved. Yoga is so much more than the physical realm of asana or poses. Yoga is truth, love tolerance, healing, growth, playfulness, and openness.
