Pilates workout designed for pre/post-natal clients to build strength and balance to help carry the added weight of your baby while minimizing varicose veins and swelling. ¬†Pilates will focus on strengthening specific muscles to prepare for child birth. ¬†After the birth of your baby, pilates can help you to regain your pre-pregnancy body faster while rebuilding pelvic floor and abdominal strength safely. Our trainers are certified through The Center for Women’s Fitness, Mom’s in Motion and are STOTT pilates trained.
