A gentle pilates mat class that builds muscle endurance and strength for those in post-rehab or who are challenged with Osteopenia, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, spinal instability, or mechanical low-back pain. This modified pilates workout will increase core strength and stability, enhance joint integrity, improve postural alignment, and develop muscle tone needed for strong bones.
