<p>Simple come into our studio and sign your name to the  RBC-Small Group Pilates Training Calendar for the classes that fit into your schedule, available only at the studio.  CANCELLATION REQUIRES ONE WEEK NOTICE.</p>

In order to accommodate the essential warming, cooling, and relaxation poses in our practice, this class will be 90-minutes in length. This new addition to the Yin Yang schedule is appropriate for yogis of all levels; although the practice tends to be demand more body-awareness and strength than a beginner&#8217;s class.</p>
