The system works with your own body weight to create an individual total body workout. Combined with pilates on the equipment, this workout will give you a well rounded cardio, weight training, and core strengthening workout.</span></p>

In order to accommodate the essential warming, cooling, and relaxation poses in our practice.  This new addition to the Yin Yang schedule is appropriate for yogis of all levels; although the practice tends to be demand more body-awareness and strength than a beginner&#8217;s class.</p>
