RBC (Reformer) Class is a small group private pilates training class on our state of the art STOTT Pilates equipment.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes are designed especially for the mother-to-be and the pregnant body. Prenatal yoga classes are infused with poses, breathing techniques, meditations, and affirmations to prepare, relax, and comfort the mom-to-be.
Open to women in all stages of pregnancy. Please check with your prenatal care provider before starting yoga classes.

Introduction to Yoga

New to yoga? This is the class to get you started with Yoga!

Our Introduction to Yoga will teach you the basic postures of a Hatha Yoga class, breathing, and relaxation techniques in a non-threatening environment. Increase flexibility, as you strengthen, tone, and revitalize your mind and body. After attending this 2 hour workshop, students will feel confident to continue their journey into our group Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Classes.
